2.1 Software Products

For software products, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • You can demonstrate that the software does not function substantially as described in our product documentation.
  • Our technical support team has been unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The software has not been extensively used (defined as more than 10 hours of active use).
  • You have not previously received a refund for a SwissAdmin product.

2.2 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • For monthly subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the latest billing date.
  • For annual subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the billing date.
  • The service has not been extensively used during the current billing period.
  • You can demonstrate that the service does not function substantially as described in our documentation.

For annual subscriptions after the 30-day refund period, we may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription, less any applicable administrative fees.

2.3 Training Programs

For training programs and educational content, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase.
  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the training content.
  • You have not downloaded any training materials or resources.
  • You have not received a certification or completion certificate.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom development or customization services
  • Implementation services that have already been scheduled or performed
  • Training programs where more than 20% of the content has been accessed
  • Software products where the license key has been extensively used
  • Digital downloads that have been downloaded
  • Purchases made using promotional discounts or coupon codes greater than 40% off the regular price
  • Products or services explicitly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

  4. If necessary, our technical support team may contact you to attempt to resolve any issues you are experiencing

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the processing time depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. However, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds via bank transfer typically take 5-7 business days to process.
  • Other Payment Methods: Processing times for other payment methods will be communicated to you when your refund is approved.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds, including:

  • When only part of an order is eligible for a refund
  • For annual subscriptions beyond the initial 30-day refund period
  • When administrative or processing fees apply
  • When products have been partially used or accessed

The amount of a partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you before processing.

7. Exceptions
